Construction Management

Across the construction industry, administrative costs average 6%. To reduce those costs, we cap our total fees at 3% of your gross income in exchange for fulfilling all your accounting and administrative business requirements. As your business grows, and takes on bigger jobs, the cost of our services decreases because we charge by job. Our fee for individual annual contracts

  • Of $2.5 million or less is 3%
  • Between $2.5 million and $5 million is 2.5%
  • Between $5 million and $7.5 million is 2%
  • Between $7.5 million and $10 million is 1.75%
  • Between $10 million and $15 million is 1.5%
  • Between $15 million and $20 million is 1.375%
  • Of $20 million or more is 1.25%

We only charge a fee when you collect the money, not when you invoice the client. You owe us nothing until you get paid. That is the deal. The bottom line is we only thrive if your business thrives, and we are committed to helping you make it happen.

Property Management

For complete and comprehensive service, BOSS charges the following fees:

  • 2.5-10% of rent collections (depending upon property type)
  • 5% of new lease contracts
  • 50% of one month's rent for lease renewals
  • 10% of vendor and material invoices
  • 5% project management fee for major capital improvements
